Thank you for presenting at the HVIS 2024.
The Guide lines for presentations are below:
Oral Presentaions
The length of each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes, including time for questions and answers.
Please prepare your presentation material so that your talk will be 15-17 minutes long.
All presentations are projected from a conference laptop.
Please bring your presentation material to the conference on a flash drive or CD/DVD and transfer it to the conference laptop before the start of your session.
Presentations are accepted in PowerPoint or PDF format.
The aspect ratio of the presentation slides can be either 16:9 or 4:3, but 16:9 format is preferred.
Poster Presentaions
The size of the display board provided is 900 mm wide by 2100 mm high.
Any poster size that will fit on the board is fine, but the recommended poster size is A0.
Posters will be available for display beginning Monday morning, September 9.
Please be sure to have your poster up by no later than Tuesday morning, September 10.
Posters may be left up for the duration of the conference.
Please take your poster with you after the conference.
