The HVIS Organizing Committee cordially invites your organization to exhibit its products or services at the 17th Hypervelocity Impact Symposium being held on September 8-13, 2024, in Tsukuba City, Japan at the Tsukuba International Congress Center.
This exclusive international conference in the field of hypervelocity phenomenology (from launchers, diagnostics, and material response to high velocity penetration, planetary defense technology, and more) attracts over one hundred participants from various countries and institutions.
Tsukuba is the center of science and technology in Ibaraki, Japan, where many research institutes and universities are located. Major institutions include the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Tsukuba is located about 60 km from Tokyo and is easily accessible by the Tsukuba Express Railway.
Each exhibitor is also invited to present a short (5 - 10 min) overview of their product at a special session during the conference venue. Additionally, each exhibitor is encouraged to supply a one-page flyer to be included in the registration packet of all attendees.
